Mr. Li Tzar Kuoi, Victor has been the Chairman of the company since May 2018 and Group Co-Managing Director since June 2015. He previously served as the Deputy Chairman of CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd from June 2015 to April 2018. He joined Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd in 1985 and served as its Deputy Managing Director from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Li Tzar also served as the Deputy Chairman of Cheung Kong (Holdings) since 1994, and Managing Director since 1999 until June 2015 and he was re-designated as the Director of Cheung Kong (Holdings) in June 2015. He also the Chairman, Managing Director, and Executive Director of CK Asset Holdings Ltd. Mr. Li Tzar served as an Executive Director of Hutchison Whampoa Ltd since 1995 and as the Deputy Chairman since 1999 and was re-designated as its Director in June 2015. Mr. Li Tzar is the Chairman of CK Infrastructure Holdings Ltd and CK Life Sciences Int’l (Holdings) Inc, the trustee-manager of HK Electric Investments, a Non-Executive Director of Power Assets Holdings Ltd and HK Electric Investments Manager Ltd, Co-Chairman of Husky Energy Inc, and a Non-executive Director and Deputy Chairman of HK Electric Investments Ltd.
