Mr. Scott D. Farmer has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. He joined Cintas in 1981. He has held the positions of the Vice President of national account division; the Vice President of marketing and merchandising; and the Vice President of rental division group. He was elected to the company's Board in 1994. He also served as the President and the Chief Operating Officer; before assuming the post of the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Todd M. Schneider has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018. Mr. Schneider joined Cintas in 1989 and held various positions within the company, including the Vice President of Sales of the Midwest/South Central Region Rental Division; and the President and Chief Operating Officer of the former Document Management Division. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales of the Rental Division till June 2013.

Mr. J. Michael Hansen has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He joined Cintas in 1995, as Treasury Manager, after previous positions with Rockwell International and Ernst & Young. Mr. Hansen has served Cintas in various roles including General Manager of the Cincinnati Fire Location, First Aid Controller, Global Accounts Controller in Chicago, Corporate Controller and Vice President and Treasurer.

Mr. James Rozakis has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the company's Chief Operating Officer and President for Rental Division.
