CI Financial Corp: Executives

Mr. William T Holland serves as the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1999 for more than ten years. Mr. Holland joined the company in 1989. He serves on the Board of Directors at Real Matters Inc., Phononic Inc., and the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation.

Mr. Kurt MacAlpine has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since September 2019. He served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Global Distribution at WisdomTree Asset Management and as a Partner and Leader at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Amit Muni has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since May 2021. He also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WisdomTree Investments, Inc.

Mr. Darie Urbanky has been the Chief Operating Officer, President and Head of Asset Management of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at CI. Prior to that, Mr. Urbanky served at DST Systems.

Mr. Ted Kelterborn has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. He also serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at CI Investments Inc. Previously, Mr. Kelterborn served at First Asset Investment Management Inc., Claymore Investments Inc., Nortel Networks, and McMillan Binch.
