Mr. Evan G. Greenberg has been the Chairman of the company since May 2007 and Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2004. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of AIG from 1997 to 2000. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of AIG Far East in Japan; and President and Chief Executive Officer of AIU, AIG’s Foreign General Insurance organization. Earlier, he held various underwriting and management positions in the global property, casualty and life insurance sectors. He also serves as the Chairman of the US-China Business Council and Emeritus Chairman of the US-ASEAN Business Council.

Mr. John W. Keogh has been the President of the company since 2020 and its Chief Operating Officer since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Domestic General Insurance at American International Group (AIG), and President and Chief Executive Officer of National Union Fire Insurance Company. Earlier, he served in various senior positions in AIG, including Executive Vice President of Domestic Brokerage Group and President and Chief Operating Officer of Lexington Insurance Company. He also served as the Head of Field Operations at AIG. He started his insurance career as an Underwriter with AIG in 1986.

Mr. Peter C. Enns has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Global Co-Head of Investment Banking Coverage at HSBC. He also served as Global Head of Financial Institutions Group and Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance Coverage at HSBC. Previously, he served for over 20 years at Goldman Sachs at various senior positions including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs Canada from 2014 to 2017; Head of Asia Financial Institutions Group from 2010 to 2014; Partner of the U.S. Financial Institutions Group from 2006 to 2010; Managing Director and Senior Coverage Banker for the North America Financial Institutions Group and as Vice President, Managing Director and Senior Coverage Banker for Goldman Sachs Canada

Ms. Annmarie T. Hagan has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, she served as Global Controller from 2016 to 2020 at the company. She served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance for Combined Insurance business at the company. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Cigna Corp, and Chief Operating Officer and President of the Specialty Businesses at WellPoint Inc.

Ms. Cheryl Krauss has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Communications Officer of Barings from 2019 to 2022. Previously she served as a Global Head of Communications, Technology, Digital, Operations, Client, Cyber and Incident at BNY Mellon from 2015 to 2019; Worldwide Senior Director, Public Relations at Bain & Company from 2000 to 2014.
