Mr. Cheng Kar-Shun Henry has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. Previously, he served as Director of DTXS Silk Road Investment Holdings Company Limited and as Chairman and Director of New World Department Store China Limited. Mr. Henry also serves at New World Development Company Limited and NWS Holdings Limited.

Ms. Sonia Cheng Chi-Man has been the Vice Chairman and Director of the company since 2022. She also serves as Chief Executive Officer at Rosewood Hotel Group and Director at New World Development Company Limited. Ms. Sonia also serves as the Director at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and an Director at Primavera Capital Acquisition Corporation.

Mr. Cheng Chi-Heng Conroy has been Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. He has been the Director of the company since 2011. Mr. Conroy also serves as the Executive Director at New World Development Company Limited.

Mr. Kent Wong Siu-Kee has been the Managing Director of the company since 2011. He also serves at Crystal International Group Limited. He has over 45 years’ of diverse experience in the jewellery industry.

Ms. Annie Wong has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this she served leadership roles at Lane Crawford Joyce Group and PVH Asia Pacific. Ms. Wong has over 30 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
