Mr. He Chunlei has been the Chairman of the company since December 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Vice Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager of China Continent Insurance. Prior to that, he worked as the Vice Chairman and General Manager of China Re P&C. Earlier, he worked as Chief Executive Officer of the international P&C reinsurance business of the company. He also served as a Director and Chairman of China Continent Insurance, a Director of China Re AMC. Mr. Chunlei also served as the Vice President, Executive Director and Executive Vice President of the Company.

Mr. Zhuang Qianzhi has been the President of the company since March 2023. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the company since December 2022. He is currently the Chief Risk Officer of the company since April 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Manager of securities pledge loan division of China Construction Bank Ltd. Prior to that, he worked as the Deputy General Manager of investment banking department, General Manager of Strategic Department and Risk Management Department, Director and Assistant to the president of China Construction Investment Group.

Mr. Tian Meipan has been the Chief Actuary of the company since December 2012. He also serves as an Executive Director and the General Manager of China Re Life. Previously, he served as a Controller of the risk management department, the Deputy General Manager and the Chief Actuary of China Re Life.
