Ms. Shou Donghua has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the General Manager of Finance Department of the company from 2019 to 2020; Director General of Finance Department of China Petrochemical Corporation from 2018 to 2019; Secretary of CPC Committee of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company and Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company from 2017 to 2018. Ms. Donghua also served as the Deputy Director General of Human Resource Department of the company and the Chief Financial Officer of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company from 2010 to 2014.

Mr. Guo Xusheng has been the Chief Geologist of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as General Manager and Member of CPC Committee of Sinopec Exploration Company. He served as General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of CPC Committee of Sinopec Exploration Company.

Mr. Ma Yongsheng has been the Chairman of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President and Director, Deputy Secretary of the Group from 2019 to 2021; President of the company from 2018 to 2019; and Director since 2016. Mr. Yongsheng has also served as the Vice President of the Group and Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corp; Chief Geologist of Sinopec Corp; Deputy Chief Geologist of the company from 2010 to 2013; Deputy Director General of Exploration and Production Department in 2008; and General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of CPC Committee of Sinopec Exploration Company from 2007 to 2008; Executive Deputy Manager and Chief Geologist of Sinopec Southern Exploration and Production Company from 2006 to 2007; and Chief Geologist of Sinopec Southern Exploration and Production Company from 2002 to 2006.
