Mr. Zhou Yuxian has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chairman and Director of New Materials Fund Management Co., Ltd., Chairman of the China National Building Material Group Co Ltd. He also served as Vice Chairman of the board of China Reform Holdings and as an Executive Director and the General Manager of CNIC Corporation Ltd. Mr. Yuxian also served as a Deputy General Manager of China Reform Holdings and as Executive Director and the President of Sinoma. He also served as Deputy General Manager of Sinoma Parent. Earlier, he served as a Director of Sinoma, and the Deputy General Manager of China National Materials Science and Industry Group Corporation.

Mr. Wei Rushan has been the President and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various roles at China National Building Material Group Co Ltd including the General manager of Strategic Development from 2020 to 2021; an Assistant General Manager from 2019 until 2020; the Deputy General manager of Investment and Development from 2010 to 2016; and an Assistant General Manager of Investment Development from 2006 to 2010.

: Mr. Chen Xue’an has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2019. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of South Cement, Southwest Cement, North Cement and China Jushi. Mr. Xue’an also serves as the Chairman of CBM Holdings; a Director of BNBM, and the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of CNBM Investment. Prior to this, he served as a Director of South Cement, China Composites, and China United Cement. He also worked at The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC).

Ms. Pei Hongyan has been the Chief Accountant and the Secretary of the company since 2005. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Accountant of the Finance Division at China National Materials Group Corp Ltd from 2003 to 2005; and the General Manager Assistant of the Finance Division from 2002 until 2005. Ms. Hongyan was a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of China Composites from 2001 to 2004.
