He served as the Division Chief level officer of Hainan Provincial Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Deputy General Manager of Pudong Branch of Bank of Shanghai, and Vice Mayor of Xi'an City.

Mr. Luan Zusheng has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served at China Everbright Group Ltd in various managerial roles. Previously, he served at China Everbright Bank Co Ltd as the President of Shijiazhuang and Wuxi Branches, and the Vice President and the Risk Director of Shenzhen Branch. Mr. An Xuesong has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he worked at Municipal General Office of Jingzhou, Hubei Province, China Everbright Bank Company Ltd, and Guangdong Technology Venture Capital Group Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of China Everbright Water Ltd.

Mr. Hu Yanguo has been the Vice President and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Director of China Everbright Greentech Ltd. He also serves as the Chairman of China Everbright Water Ltd.

Mr. Qian Xiaodong serves as the Vice President and a Director of the company. He also serves as a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of China Everbright Greentech Ltd. He is the General Manager of the Investment Development Department at the company.
