Mr. Michael K. Wirth has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he worked as Vice Chairman of the company from 2017 to 2018 and Executive Vice President of Midstream and Development from 2016 to 2018. He also worked as Executive Vice President of Downstream from 2006 to 2015; and President of Global Supply and Trading from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Wirth joined the company in 1982 as a Design Engineer.

Mr. Mark A. Nelson has been the Vice Chairman of the company since February 2023. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Policy and Development of the company. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Downstream and Chemicals, from 2019 to 2022; Vice President, Midstream, Strategy and Policy, and Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning at Chevron.

Ms. Eimear Bonner has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024 and Vice President since 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Technology Officer and President of the Chevron Technical Center from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, Ms. Bonner served as the General Director of Tengizchevroil, from 2018 to 2021. Ms. Bonner also served as the General Manager of TCO. She held numerous leadership positions in Chevron, such as Deputy Manager of Chevron's Eurasia Business, Asset Manager in Chevron Thailand, and General Manager of Corporate Strategy.

Ms. Mary A. Francis has been the Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer since 2015. Prior to this, she served as Deputy Corporate Secretary of the company, since 2014. Ms. Francis also served in various senior management positions including Chief Corporate Counsel at Corporation Law Department till in 2012; General Counsel at Chevron Asia Pacific Exploration and Production Company until 2009; Managing Counsel at Chevron Pipe Line Company and Chevron Shipping Company until 2007; Lead Senior Counsel, Chevron Shipping Company till 2005. She joined the company in 2002 as Senior Trademark Counsel.

Ms. Rhonda J. Morris has been the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she worked as Vice President of Human Resources from 2016 to 2019. Ms. Morris joined the company in 1991.
