Mr. Chao- Chung Chou has been the Managing Director, President and Director of the bank since 2021. Previously he served as Chairperson of First Financial AMC, as Executive Vice President, Risk Management Center of First Commercial Bank, and as Senior Vice President, Division Head, Risk Management Division of First Financial Holding Co., Ltd. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Phnom Penh Branch, Hsin-Wei Branch, and Hsi-Chih Branch of First Commercial Bank.

Ms. Jong-Yuan Ling has been the Chairwoman and Director of the bank since 2019. She also serves as Director of CDIB & Partners Investment Holding Corp. and Supervisor of Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation. She served as Chairperson, Land Bank of Taiwan, The Export-Import Bank of the Republic of China, Supervisor at BankTaiwan Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. Ms. Ling served as a Director of Mega Financial Holding Co., Ltd., Director-General at National Treasury Administration, MOF, Supervisor at Mega Financial Holding Co., Ltd., and Director-General, of National Taxation Bureau of Taipei, MOF

Ms. Mei-Fang Wu has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor of the bank since 2021. She serves as Supervisor of Taiwan Financial Asset Service Corporation.
