Mr. Franco Morra has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Winsight GmbH since 2019. Prior, to this he served as a Regional Chief Executive Officer EMEA and Chief Executive Officer of Private Banking Switzerland at HSBC. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of UBS Switzerland.

Mr. Christian Schmitt has been the Chief Technology Officer and Director of the company since November 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief Transformation Officer at Cembra, Executive Vice President – Clients and Markets Leader EMEA at UnitedLex and from 2008 to 2020 at PwC Switzerland.

Mr. Holger Laubenthal has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as President of the Consumer and Manufacturing division Alghanim Industries Group from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at GE Inspection Technologies from 2016 to 2019. Before that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of GE Money Bank in Russia from 2014 to 2016.

Mr. Pascal Perritaz has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Zurich Insurance Group AG from 2014 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (Dubai, UAE) from 2010 to 2013. He served as Group Operations Manager of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd from 2007 to 2010. Earlier, he held various positions at Zurich Insurance Group Ltd from 1996 to 2006.

Mr. Alona Eiduka has been the Chief Operating Officer of the bank since 2022. Earlier, she served as the Head of organization from 2019 to 2022; Collections Leader from 2014 to 2018; and Senior Manager Operations Productivity from 2013 to 2014 within the bank. Prior to this, she held various roles with GE Money Bank AG and Atlas Services Group.
