Mr. Luigi Rossi Luciani has been the Chairman of the company since 1997. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and a member of Confindustria from 2000 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Luciani founded Nastrificio Victor S.p.A.

Mr. Luigi Nalini has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 1997. He is one of the Company’s founders. Previosly, he served as the Technical Director and General Manager at Uniflair S.p.A.. Prior to that, Mr. Nalini served as the Research and Development Manager and then Technical Director at Hiross Group.

Mr. Francesco Nalini serves as Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also serves as Director of the company. He joined the company in 2005 as Director of Operations. Earlier, he served as the ICT Manager for Errennegi S.r.l. from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Nalini served at McKinsey from 2001 to 2002.

Mr. Nicola Biondo has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to joining the company, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Nice Group from 2016 to April 2020. From 2007 to 2012 he served at Lotto Sport Italia Group and held senior management positions such as Administrative and Financial Director; and Administrative, Financial and Control Director.
