Mr. Gregory B. Kenny has been the company's Chairman since September 2018. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable Corp from 2001 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable from 1999 to 2001 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 1999. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sears Holding Corporation and served at Delphi Automotive and Navistar International in a number of senior finance roles.

Mr. Aaron Alt has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sysco Corporation, Prior to this he served as a Finance, Operations and Grocery Transformation at Target Corporation. Prior to joining, he held senior-level Finance and Operations positions with Sara Lee Corporation.

Ms. Michelle Greene has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this role, she served as the Senior Vice President of EIT in the company. Previously, she served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT for Masco Corporation. Earlier, she held roles at Johnson Controls.

Ms. Jessica L. Mayer has been the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of the company since 2019. She previously served at the company in the role of Executive Vice President, Secretary, and Deputy General Counsel for ten years before transitioning into the current role. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Ms. Mayer was an attorney with Arnold & Porter LLP. Before that, she practiced commercial litigation in the Rocky Mountain region. Ms. Mayer also serves as a Secretary of the Cardinal Health Foundation Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Cardinal Health Political Action Committee.
