Mr. Chris H. Fowler has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the bank since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of banking division of the bank. Mr. Fowler has over 25 years of experience in financial services industry.

Mr. R. Matthew Rudd has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations, and Chief Accountant at the company. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Liquor Stores N.A.

Ms. Carolina Parra has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since 2021. She held senior leadership position in risk management for 13 years. She also holds experience in managing the financial and non-financial risks, during a time of rapid growth, acquisition and regulatory complexity in Canada and overseas.

Ms. Kelly Blackett has been the Chief People & Culture Officer of the bank since 2013. Prior to this, she worked at General Electric (GE) Canada, GE Capital and GE Corporate.

Ms. Sarah A. Morgan-Silvester is the Chairwoman of the bank. Prior to this, she worked as Executive Vice President of Personal Financial Services and Wealth Management at HSBC Bank Canada, and President and Chief Executive Officer at HSBC Trust Company (Canada). Ms. Sarah currently serves as board member at Grosvenor Americas, British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. and Grant Thornton LLP., Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, BC Women’s Hospital and Health Centre Foundation.
