Mr. Marcus A Lemonis has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Currently, he also serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of CWGS LLC since 2011; the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Good Sam Enterprises LLC since 2011; President and Chief Executive Officer of Camping World Inc. since 2006; and the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of FreedomRoads, LLC since 2003. Mr. Lemonis, currently also serves as Executive Chairman of Beyond Inc since 2024.

Ms. Karin L Bell has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company from 2019 to 2020. Ms. Bell has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, and Treasurer from 2018 to 2019, Chief Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of FreedomRoads LLC; Senior Vice President and Treasurer of First Security Holding LP from 1992 to 1998. She has also worked with Laventhol & Horwath; and Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser from 1982 to 1992.

Mr. Matthew D Wagner has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President from August 2019 to December 2022; and Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Development, from December 2018 to August 2019 of the company. Mr. Wagner also served as the Vice President of Inventory Operations for FreedomRoads LLC from May 2016 to December 2018.

Mr. Thomas E Kirn has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since September 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer for FreedomRoads LLC from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Kirn has also served in various positions at Ernst & Young LLP from 2009 to 2019.

Ms. Lindsey J Christen has been the s Chief Administrative and Legal Officer of Camping World Holdings Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President of Camping World Holdings Inc. from February 2022 until July 2023; Senior Vice President of CWGS LLC from June 2020 to February 2022; Assistant General Counsel of Good Sam Enterprises LLC, Camping World Inc., and FreedomRoads LLC from 2011 to June 2020; and as Corporate Counsel of Camping World Inc and FreedomRoads LLC from 2008 to 2011. Currently, Ms. Christen also serves as General Counsel and Secretary of Camping World Holdings Inc. and CWGS LLC since June 2020.
