Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cerent Corporation from 1998 to 1999. Prior to Cerent, he worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Xircom.

Mr. Michael Weening has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2020 to 2022. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at Salesforce.com. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Japan and Asia-Pacific Customer Success, Services and Alliances at Salesforce.com. Prior to that, Michael held sales leadership roles at Microsoft, in Canada and London, the UK.

Mr. Cory Sindelar has been the Chief Financial officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Violin Memory and Ikanos Communications. Mr. Sindelar held several senior management positions at EMC Corporation. Earlier, he was the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Legato Systems, Inc.

Ms. Martha Galley has been Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President Customer Engagement and Services of the company from November 2020 to December 2022. Previously, she held technology leadership positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, Microsoft and Salesforce. Earlier, she was General Manager at Microsoft.

Mr.Mark Dressler has been Chief Revenue Officer of the company. Previously, he held a variety of executive sales, marketing, and business development roles at Nortel.
