Mr. Anthony Rodio has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Gaming from October 2018 to May 2019. Previously, Gaming, Mr.Rodio served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Tropicana Entertainment Inc.

Mr. Eric Hession has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2015. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company. He served in many roles in operations and corporate finance divisions of the company. Prior to Caesars Entertainment, Mr. Hession spent five years with Merck working in various capacities in its North Carolina, Pennsylvania and New Jersey corporate headquarters.

Mr. Salil Kulkarni is an Interim Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company. He joined the company in 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for HavenBrook Homes. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer for John Harland.

Mr. Holdren has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. He holds more than two decades of diverse marketing experience. Previously he served as Chief Marketing Officer of Handy. Prior to this, Mr. Holdren spent more than 15 years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

Ms. Michelle Bushore has been the Chief Legal and Risk Officer, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as Chief Governance & Transactional Officer, Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel for the company in 2018. Previously, she served as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Monsanto Company from November 2013 to September 2018.
