Mr. Aldo Cardoso has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. He also serves as a Director of French and foreign companies since 2003. Prior to this, he held several positions including the Chief Executive Officer (2002-2003); the Non-Executive Chairman and Director of at Andersen Worldwide (1998-2002); Associate Consultant (1989) and Chairman France (1994) at Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Didier Michaud-Daniel has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Otis France. Mr. Daniel also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Otis in Paris, Sales Director, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer of Otis UK and Ireland between 2001 to 2004. He served as the Chairman of Otis for the UK region, Germany and Central Europe from 2004 to 2008 and was later appointed as the Chairman of Otis Elevator Company in May 2008.

Ms. Hinda Gharbi has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this role, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Ms. Hinda has held several executive and management positions. She was the Executive Vice President of Reservoir and Infrastructure, she served as the President of Reservoir Characterization Group. She has aslo served as the President of Wireline, President of Schlumberger Asia, and Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment.
