Mr. Jose Boisjoli has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He joined the group in 1989, and he served as the President of the Snowmobile and Watercraft division, Manager of ATV division. Previously, Mr. Boisjoli served in the pharmaceutical and road safety equipment industries for eight years. He serves as the Director of McCain Foods Group Inc.

Mr. Sebastien Martel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy; Vice President of Finance & Controls; and Director of Financial Information for the company. Mr. Martel has also served as a Senior Manager in audit at a major international accounting firm and currently serves in the board of directors for TFI International.

Mr. Stephane Bilodeau has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at BDC. Before that, he worked at National Bank of Canada as Executive Vice President.

Mr. Thomas Uhr has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice-President for Product Engineering & Manufacturing Operations of the Powersports Group from 2018 to 2022; General Manager of BRPRotax in Austria; Vice President of Powertrain; Vice President for R&D/Operations of Lynx snowmobile under the company. Mr. Uhr has also served as Director of Manufacturing at Ballard Power Systems; Head of R&D prototyping and testing activities at Mercedes Benz; General Manager of MDC Power GmbH; and Plant Manager of Mercedes Benz’s Berlin operations.

Ms. Josee Perreault has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice-President of Omnichannel from 2022 to 2024; Senior Vice-President of Omnichannel Experience & Apparel from 2021 to 2022; and Senior Vice-President for Can-Am On-Road for the company. Ms. Perreault has also served as Brand Manager at Oakley; and Senior Vice-President of World Business at Oakley. Currently, she also serves as a board member of ESG UQAM since 2020.
