Brookfield Property REIT Inc (BPR), formerly known as GGP Inc., is a real estate investment trust (REIT). BPR owns, manages leases, and redevelops retail properties in the US. The company’s property portfolio comprises retail properties, including office, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, logistics, retail, triple net lease, student housing and manufactured housing properties with approximately 130 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA). The company also provides leasing services for restaurant space, kiosks, carts, and other specialty stores.
