Mr. Frank J. McKenna has been the Chairman of Brookfield since 2010. He also serves as the Deputy Chairman of TD Bank Financial Group; and a Director of Canadian Natural Resources Limited. Prior to this, he served as an Ambassador of Canada to the US and a Premier of New Brunswick.

Mr. Bruce Flatt has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Brookfield since 2002. He joined the company in 1990 and oversaw its real estate operations, including Olympia & York’s acquisition out of bankruptcy in New York.

Mr. Nicholas Goodman is a Managing Partner, President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management. He joined Brookfield in London in 2010 and held various finance roles across the organization. He also served as Treasurer of Brookfield Asset Management and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. Prior to this, he worked for various large financial institutions in London and New York.

Mr. Justin Beber is a Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to this, he served as a Head of Strategic Initiatives for Brookfield Infrastructure Group. Previously, he served as a Partner with a leading Toronto-based law firm.

Mr. Sachin Shah is a Managing Partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Brookfield Asset Management. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s insurance solutions business and Vice Chair of Brookfield’s Renewable Power Group. He joined the company in 2002 and recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners.
