Mr. C. Edward Chaplin serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Administrative Officer of MBIA, Inc. from 2008 to March 2016. He started his tenure at MBIA Inc as the Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Prudential Financial, Inc. Presently, he serves as Director of MGIC Investment Corp.

Mr. Eric T. Steigerwalt has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2017, and is its Director since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of MetLife’s U.S. Retail business. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of MetLife’s U.S. businesses, and Interim Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investor Relations of MetLife Inc. Previously, he worked at Equitable Companies and Fossett Corporation. Presently, he serves as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brighthouse Life Insurance Company. He also serves on the board of directors for the Wells Fargo Championship’s Champions for Education foundation, and the American Council of Life Insurers.

Mr. Edward A. Spehar has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer of MetLife, Inc. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of MetLife’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) segment and Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at MetLife Inc. Previously, he spent about 23 years as an Equity Research Analyst.

Mr. John L. Rosenthal has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Brighthouse Financial since 2017. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Head of Global Portfolio Management at MetLife Investments. Previously, he served in various leadership positions at MetLife including Managing Director of the Investments Institutional Portfolio Management business, Co-Head of Fixed Income and Equity Investments, and Head of Core Securities. He joined MetLife in 1984 as a Private Placement Analyst in the corporate investments department.

Mr. Myles Lambert has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution and Marketing Officer of the company since 2017. He also serves as the Chairman and President of Brighthouse Securities and Director of Brighthouse Life Insurance Company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Northeast Region for MetLife Premier Client Group. He served as an Executive Director and Head of Insurance and Annuity business at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he served in senior management positions Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney.
