Brickworks Ltd: Executives

Mr. Lindsay R Partridge has been the Managing Director of the company since 2000. He has a wide range of experience in reporting, media, investor relations, governance and human resources. Mr. Partridge also served various numerous senior management positions he has held in the building products manufacturing sector in Australia and the US.

Mr. Grant Douglas has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served across multiple senior finance roles in Australia and as Executive Vice President – Finance for Brickworks Building Products – North America from 2018 to 2022.

Mr. Mark Ellenor has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a General Manager of Building Products of the company. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Eureka Tiles in 2006, General Manager of Austral Bricks NSW in 2009, General Manager of Austral Bricks Australia in 2017 and Group General Manager of Austral Bricks and Bristle Roofing in 2018.

Mr. Robert D Millner has been the Chairman of the company since 1999. He has experience in investment, corporate, portfolio and asset management. Mr. Milner also serves as a Director at Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Co. Ltd, New Hope Corp Ltd, TPG Telecom Ltd, BKI Investment Company Ltd, Milton Corp Ltd and Tuas Ltd. He joined the company's Board in 1997.
