Mr. Alain Rheaume has been the Chairman of Boralex since March 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company from 2010 to 2017. Mr. Rheaume also held various management positions at Microcell Telecommunications Inc and Rogers Wireless Inc.; and served as the Deputy Minister from 1992 to 1996 and Associate Deputy Minister at the Ministere des Finances du Quebec from 1988 to 1992.

Mr. Patrick Decostre has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at the company since 2019.

Mr. Bruno Guilmette has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Investment Officer at the Canada Infrastructure Bank. Mr. Guilmette also served as the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Investments at PSP Investments; and Senior Director, Private Equity Investments. Currently, he serves as the Director at Canada Infrastructure Bank.

Mr. Pascal Hurtubise has been the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since 2017. Prior to joining Boralex, Mr. Hurtubise practiced business law at Stikeman Elliott in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities.

Marie-Josee Arsenault serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer of the company. She has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources. She joined the company in the year 2015.
