Mr. R. Michael Mohan has been the Chairman of the company since August 2023. He joined the company's board in 2017. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer and in several other executive positions in marketing and merchandising during his 18-year tenure at Best Buy Co., Inc.

Mr. David J. Deno has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of the company from October 2013 to April 2019. He served as an Executive Vice President from May 2012 to April 2019 and Chief Financial Officer of the company from May 2012 to October 2013. Mr. David also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the International division at Best Buy Co Inc from December 2009 to May 2012. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Yum! Brands Inc.

Mr. Christopher Meyer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2019. Earlier, he served as the Group Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations of the company. Mr. Meyer joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2004. Prior to this, he served as Group Finance Officer at Kforce company.

Mr. Philip Pace has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since July 2022. Earlier, he served as the Group Vice President and Controller of the company from October 2015 to July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller from July 2013 to October 2015.

Ms. Astrid Isaacs has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since November 2021. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Digital and Consumer Technology at Subway. She also served in various leadership positions at Bloomin’ Brands including Vice President of Restaurant Technology. Earlier, she served at Papa John’s and Yum! Restaurants International.
