Mr. Michael B Nash serves as the Executive Chairman of the company. He has been a Director at the company since 2012. Mr. Nash serves as a Chairman and Senior Managing Director at Real Estate Debt Strategies group (“BREDS”) at Blackstone Inc. and Chairman of Blackstone Alternative Asset Management’s Strategic Capital Group. Previously, he served as a Director at La Quinta Holdings Inc and Landmark Apartment Trust of America Inc. Mr. Nash served at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to 2007. Prior to this, he served at Barclays Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Ms. Katharine A. Keenan has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. She also serves as the President and a Senior Managing Director of Debt Strategies of the company. Prior to this, Ms. Keenan served as BXMT’s Executive Vice President for Investments. She also served at G2 Investment Group, Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds and in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers. Currently, she serves as the Senior Managing Director of BREDS.

Mr. Jonathan Pollack has been a Director of the company since 2016. He also serves as the Senior Managing Director of Blackstone and Global Head of Blackstone Structured Finance. Currently, Mr. Pollack serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Blackstone Real Estate Income Fund complex. Previously, he served as the Managing Director, Global Head of Commercial Real Estate and Head of Risk for Structured Finance at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Anthony F Marone Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of the company since March 2016. He has been the Principal Accounting Officer since 2013. Currently, Mr. Marone serves as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at BREDS. He served as the Vice President and Controller at Capital Trust. Mr. Marone worked in the Real Estate Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he provided audit and other assurance services to various real estate companies.

Mr. Leon Volchyok has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2021. He is also serving as the Secretary of the company. Mr. Volchyok is also serving as the Global Deputy General Counsel for Blackstone Real Estate. He also served as the Chief Legal Officer of BREIT since September 2017 and Secretary since June 2016. Previously, he served as the Senior Associate in the Real Estate Capital Markets group at Proskauer Rose LLP.
