Blackbaud Inc: Executives

Mr. Andrew M Leitch has been the Chairman of the company since 2009. Previously, he served at L & L Energy Inc, Cardium Therapeutics, Inc. and STR Holdings, Inc. Mr. Leitch also served at Deloitte & Touche LLP, as an accounting firm, for over 27 years, as well as the Vice Chairman of the Management Committee, Hong Kong.

Mr. Michael P Gianoni has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Group President of Financial Institutions at Fiserv Inc from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Gianoni joined Fiserv as the President of its Investment Services division in 2007. He was the Executive Vice President and General Manager at CheckFree Investment Services from 2006 to 2007 when CheckFree was acquired by Fiserv.

Mr. Anthony W Boor has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served at Brightpoint, Inc. Mr. Boor also served at Macmillan Computer Publishing, Inc., Day Dream Publishing, Inc., Ernst & Young LLP, Expo New Mexico, KPMG LLP, and Ernst & Whinney LLP.

Mr. Kevin Gregoire has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2022. Previously, he served as the President of Blackbaud’s Enterprise Markets Group. Mr. Gregoire served as Group President of Financial Institutions Group at Fiserv.

Mr. Chad Anderson has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at the company. Previously, he also served at Brightpoint.
