Mr. Brendan Bechtel has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2014 to 2016. He also serves as a member of the board of trustees for the Center for Strategic and International Studies and the National Geographic Society. He serves as a Director of the Business Roundtable, and the Chairman of the Infrastructure Committee. Mr. Bechtel also serves as the board of advisors at Fremont Group. He is a member of the American Society of Corporate Executives and the Council on Foreign Relations.

Mr. Craig Albert has been the President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company’s Infrastructure global business unit. Previously, he served as the President of the Nuclear, Security & Environmental (NS&E) global business unit. Mr. Albert served as the Vice President and Senior Vice President of the company.

Ms. Catherine Hunt Ryan has been the President for Manufacturing and Technology business unit and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. She was the Chief Financial Officer of the company’s Energy business. She worked for World Bank’s Infrastructure Economics and Finance unit.

Mr. Keith Hennessey serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the President of Bechtel Enterprises—Bechtel’s development, investment, and financing services business of the company. He was the Chief Finance Officer of Bechtel Power Corp. He also served as the Head of public-private partnerships, the manager of strategy and business development for Bechtel Infrastructure, and Executive Assistant to Bechtel’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Keith served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of the U.S. industrial group for Morgan Stanley and the Head of diversified industrial group for Bank of America.

Mr. Kevin Edwards has been the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Global Manager of Diversity and Inclusion from 2017 to 2020. Earlier, he held various managerial positions within the company, including Manager of Quality and Six Sigma and other Corporate EPC quality roles.
