Mr. Jiang Yingwu has been the Chairman of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Director and the General Manager of the company from 2021 to 2023. He served as the Vice General Manager of the company from 2016 to 2020; the Head of the Strategic Development Department; and the Manager of the Policy Research Office at the company. He also served as a Section Member and Deputy Section Chief of the Technology Quality Section at Beijing Yanshan Cement Plant. Earlier, he served as a Cadre and the Vice Manager of the Technology Department of the Headquarters at Beijing City Building Material Group. Previously, he served as the Vice Manager of the Technology Department at BBMG Group Co Ltd, and the Head of the General Office of the Building Materials Industry Association.

Ms. Li Li has been the Deputy General Manager of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Urban Construction Group Co Ltd from 2011 to 2019. Previously, she served as the Manager of the Financial Department, and Chief Accountant, Manager and the Deputy Manager at Beijing Urban Construction Investment Development Co Ltd. She held various roles at Beijing Urban Construction Group.

Mr. Liu Wenyan has been the Deputy General Manager of the company since 2012. He served as the Chairman and General Manager of BBMG New Building Materials Industrialization Group Ltd from 2018 to 2020. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of Jidong Development Group Co Ltd from 2016 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Tangshan Jidong Equipment and Engineering Co Ltd in 2018. Earlier, he served as the Deputy Manager of Beijing Liulihe Cement Co Ltd from 2004 to 2007.
