Mr. Othman Benjelloun is the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Currently, he serves as the Chairman at Moroccan Banking Association since 1995. He also serves as Advisor at Washingtonbased Center for Strategic International Studies. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Union of North African Banks between 2007 and 2009. Formerly, he served as Chancellor at Al Akhawayn University of Ifrane from 1998 to January 2004.

Mr. Brahim Benjelloun Touimi is a Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Currently, he serves Director at the bank’s European banking subsidiaries, RMA, Casablanca Stock Exchange, Proparco, and Euro Information in France.

Mr. Omar Tazi has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Banking in Morocco at the bank since January 2019. Previously, he served as Delegated General Manager of Personal and Professional Banking of the bank. Formerly, he served as Chief Executive Officer of AFMA Group between 2005 and 2010. Earlier, he worked with Societe Generale Maroc, where he held various positions including Head of the Specialised Finance, retail, professional and corporate banking network, and Delegated General Manager of Retail Banking between 1993 and 2003.

Mr. Khalid Laabi has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Group Risks at the bank since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Delegated General Manager of Group General control of the bank. Previously, he held various senior positions including Chief Director of Audit and General Inspection Division; and Director of the inspection of central services.
