Mr. Mark J. Grescovich has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Banking Officer of FirstMerit Corporation and FirstMerit Bank N.A. He also served in various commercial and corporate banking positions, including Chief Credit Officer of FirstMerit Corporation from 1994 to 2007. Earlier, he was a Managing Partner of Corporate Finance at Sequoia Financial Group, Inc., and a Commercial and Corporate Lending Officer and Credit Analyst at Society National Bank of Cleveland.

Mr. Robert G. Butterfield has been the Chief Financial Officer of the comapny and Executive Vice President of Banner Bank since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Banner Bank and Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Sterling Savings Bank.

Ms. Cynthia D. Purcel has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Administration Officer of the Banner bank since January 2022. Previously, she served as Banner Bank’s Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Administration. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Inland Empire Bank (now Banner Bank) in 1981.

Ms. Janet M. Brown has been the Chief Information Officer of the Banner bank since 2020. She holds 25 years of information technology experience in healthcare, the insurance and legal claims administration industries. She also holds specific experience in leading large, complex projects and technology environments.

Ms. Jill M. Rice has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Banner bank since 2020. In 2002, she joined Banner Bank as a Regional Credit Risk Manager and promoted to Senior Credit Officer in 2008. She holds over 30 years of credit-related experience as a Senior Bank Examiner at the FDIC.
