Mrs. Joanna Dynysiuk is the Deputy Chairwoman at the bank. She also serves as Director of the Investment Support Office of Polish Development Fund. She began her career in 2005 in K&L Gates as associate and then served as Senior Associate, and Counsel at CMS Cameron McKenna.

Ms. Beata Kozlowska is the Chairwoman of the bank. She also serves as the Chairwoman of PZU Zycie Spolka Akcyjna and Lotos S.A. She also serves as the Acting President at PZU S.A. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy Director of the Legal and Licensing Department in the Pension Fund Regulatory Authority. Previously, she served as the President at Polskie Wydawnictwo Ekonomiczne SA. Ms. Kozlowska serves as a Member of the Legislative Council under the President of the Council of Ministers.

Mr. Leszek Skiba has been a President of the bank since April 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund from March 2019 to April 2020. He was appointed as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Finance in 2015. During 2009-2015, he worked for the National Bank of Poland, at the Economic Institute. He is also running a public non-profit activities as the President of the Council and expert of the Sobieski Institute Since 2009.
