Mr. Peter S. Ho has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since July 2010 and the President of the bank since April 2008. Prior to this, he In he served as the Chief Banking Officer from 2006 to 2008. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman responsible for the bank’s Investment Services Group since 2004. Earlier, he was the Group Executive Vice President in charge of the bank's Hawaii Commercial Banking Group and Executive Vice President for corporate banking and commercial real estate lending.

Ms. Mary E. Sellers has been the Chief Risk Officer and VIce Chairman of the company since July 2005. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President and Director of Risk Management and Wholesale and Retail Credit. She joined the bank in 1987 as an Officer in the Private Financial Services Department. Previously, she served as an Assistant Vice President and National Accounts officer at Bank of Delaware.

Ms. Taryn L. Salmon is the Chief Information Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the bank. Before joining the bank in 2019, she held 20 years in various key role in the information technology industry. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and Director of business technology, digital banking and fraud engineering at Zions Bancorporation. She also served as Senior Vice President and Director of technology shared services, and as a Senior Manager and Vice President for its Enterprise Architecture & IT Project Management Office of Zions. She spent four years at Orbital ATK as IT Director.

Ms. Susan L. Ing has been a Senior Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer of the bank since 2015. She started her career at Bank of Hawaii as a Management Trainee, rejoined the bank in 2004 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2007. Prior to this, she served as a Vice President of sales and marketing for DTRIC Insurance Company in Honolulu. Earlier, she served as Vice President and Marketing Director for Finance Enterprises and Vice President of product management for Bank of America. She also served as Group Vice President of marketing for Coast Federal Bank of Los Angeles, California.

Ms. Sharlene R. Ginoza-Lee is the Chief People Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the bank. Previously, she held various positions in the bank.
