Mr. Phornthep Phornprapha has been the Chairman of the bank since February 2023. He serves as the Chairman of MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Company Limited, Siam Daikin Sales Company Limited, NSK Bearings (Thailand) Company Limited, Siam NSK Steering Systems Company Limited, Siam Hitachi Elevator Company Limited, and Thong Thaworn Pattana Company Limited. He also serves as the President of Siam Motors Logistics Company Limited, Thaworn Estate Company Limited, Siam Riken Industrial Company Limited, and Bangkok Motor Works Company Limited. He serves as a Director at PM (Na Jomtien) Company Limited, Siam At Chonburi Company Limited, PM (Bangna-Trad) Company Limited, and Thaworn Country Club and Resort Company Limited.

Mr. Deja Tulananda has been the Vice Chairman of the company since March 2023. He also serves as the Executive Chairman of the bank since March 2017 and has been a Director since 1991. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the bank from 2009 to March 2017. Previously, he was a Director at Wave Entertainment Public Company Limited between 2004 and 2012 and a Senior Executive Vice President from 1992 to 2008. Earlier, he held the positions such as Executive Vice President and Executive Officer of the bank.

Mr. Chartsiri Sophonpanich has been the President of the bank since 1994. He is also a Director since 1992. He also serves as the Chairman of Bangkok Bank (China) Company Limited. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Thai Asset Management Corporation and the Chairman of Thai Bankers’ Association. Previously, he was a member of The National Legislative Assembly and the Board of Trustees of Singapore Management University. Earlier, he was a Director of the Electronic Transactions Commission, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited and the Chairman of Thai Bankers’ Association.

Ms. Niramarn Laisathit has been a Senior Executive Vice President and Director of the bank since January 2023. She also serves as a Director of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, RATCH Group Public Company Limited, Perennial HC Holdings Pte. Ltd., and Gateaux House Company Limited. She serves as a Commissioner of PT Bank Permata Tbk since 2020 and Director Bangkok Bank (China) Company Limited since 2009. Previously, she held various roles at the bank including Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking, Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking, and Executive Officer.

Ms. Oranuch Nampoolsuksan is the Chief Financial Officer of the bank. She also serves as the Executive Vice President and Manager of the Accounting and Finance Division of the bank since 2020. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President of the Accounting and Finance Division of the bank from 2018 to 2019 and Senior Executive Vice President of the Accounting and Finance Division of the bank from 2009 to 2017.
