Mr. Cesar Rios Briceno has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since April 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of the Planning and Control Division Financial at the bank. He also served in various strategic roles within the bank as the Manager of Credit and Operational Risk in the Risk management Unit; and Collections Manager Retailer; and Corporate Strategy. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Banco Capital. Earlier, he worked at Credicorp in the Corporate Finance team.

Mr. Reynaldo Llosa Benavides has been the Chief Risk Officer and Banco de Credito del Peru and Credicorp Ltd since January 2012. Previously, he held various positions at BCP Standalone as Head of Risk, Head of Middle Market Banking, and Head of Corporate Banking.

Mrs. Barbara Falero has been the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer of BCP since February 2008. She is also the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer of Credicorp. Prior to this, she worked as regulatory for the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States from 2000 to 2006. Mrs. Falero held various positions at BAC Florida Bank, Miami, Florida. She was also a member of Advisory Committee of the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA).

Mr. Luis Enrique Romero Belismelis has been the Chairman of the bank since 2021. He is also a Director since March 2009. He also serves the Chairman since June 2020 and a Director since March 2017 of Credicorp Ltd. He serves as a Director since Pacifico Compania de Seguros y Reaseguros, Credicorp Pero S.A.C., Mibanco Banco de la Microempresa S.A., Pacifico S.A. EPS and Atlantic Security Holding Corporation.
