Mr. Pablo Granifo Lavin has been the Chairman of the bank since 2017. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the bank from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Lavin served as the Chief Executive Officer of Banco de A Edwards from 2000 to 200. Previously, he served as a Corporate Manager and Commercial Manger at Banco Santiago from 1999 to 2000 and 1995 to 1999 respectively. Mr. Lavin serves as the Chairman of Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A., Banchile Asesoría Financiera S.A., Socofin S.A., and Banchile Securitizadora S.A. He also serves as a Director of Compañía Cervecerías Unidas S.A., Empresa Nacional de Energía Enex S.A., Embotelladoras Chilenas Unidas S.A. and Cervecera CCU Chile.

Mr. Julio Figueroa has been Vice Chairman of the bank since March 2023 Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Citi Sud America and the Head of Corporate & Investment Banking at LAS. Previously, he worked with Citi Buenos Aires Corporate and Investment Banking, IBM, Citi Argentina, and Citibank del Peru S.A.

Mr. Eduardo Ebensperger Orrego has been the Chief Executive officer of the bank since May 2016. Previously, he held several positions within the company including Commercial Division manager from 2014 to 2016; Manager of the Wholesale, Large Companies and Real Estate Division from 2008 to 2014; and Large Companies Division Manager from 2005 to 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Orrego served as the Chief Executive Officer of Banchile Factoring S.A. from 2002 to 2005. Earlier, he was the Regional Manager and Manager of the Medium Size Companies at Banco de A. Edwards. Mr. Orego serves on the board of Banchile Asesoría Financiera S.A., Banchile Securitizadora S.A., Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A., Banchile Corredores de Seguros Limitada and Socofin S.A.

Mr. Rolando Arias Sanchez has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since June 2014. Previously, he was the Manager of the Research and Planning Area and of the Financial Control Area at the bank. Prior to this, Mr. Sanchez was in charge of the Planning Area of Banco de A. Edwards from 1997 to 2001. He held various positions related to controlling and planning at the bank.
