Mr. Nuno Manuel da Silva Amado has been the Chairman the bank since 2018. He was a Member of the consulting Board of Universidade de Lisboa from 2013 to 2021 and Supervisory Board of EDP-Energias de Portugal, S.A. from 2012 to April 2021. During 2016 to 2019, he served as a Member of the Plenary of Comissao Especilizada Permanente interdisciplinar para a Natalidade and of Comissao Especilizada Permanente do Deenvolvimento Regional e do Ordenamento do Territorio of Conselho Economic e social(CES). He served as a Vice Chairman of APB Associacao Portuguesa de Bancos from 2015 to 2019 and Vice Chairman of the company from 2006 to 2012.

Mr. Valter Rui Dias de Barros has been a Vice Chairman of the bank since 2018. He served as the Chairman of Instituto de Gestao de Activos e Participaçoes do Estado (IGAPE), Angola from June 2018 to November 2019, Advisor of the Minister of Finance - Ministry of Finance, Luanda (Angola) from June 2017 to March 2018 and Professor in the Human Behaviour Area of the Organizations - ASM-Angola School of Management, Luanda (Angola) from 2011 to 2012. He was an Executive Director of Banco de Desenvolvimento de Angola, Luanda (Angola) from December 2006 to December 2016 and Professor at School of Economics and Management of Universidade Católica de Angola, Luanda (Angola) from 1998 to 2011.

Mr. Miguel Maya Dias Pinheiro has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the bank since 2018. He held various position in the bank, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco Activobank, S.A.; Manager of the bank BCP África, SGPS, Lda; Member of the Board of Directors of BIM - Banco Internacional de Moçambique, S.A.; Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium, S.A. (Poland) and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Curators of Fundação Millennium bcp. Outside the group, he held various positions, including Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco Millennium Atlântico, S.A., Member of the Senior Board of the Alumni Clube ISCTE, Member of the Advising Board of INDEG/ISCTE Executive Education, Member of the Advisory Board of BCSD Portugal – Conselho Empresarial para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, as representative of Banco Comercial Portugues, S.A.

Ms. Maria Jose Henriques Barreto de Matos de Campos has been a Director of the bank since 2018. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Bank Millennium S.A. from July 2011 to April 2018. Previously, she served as the Manager of IT Europa at Millennium BCP from July 2006 to July 2011. She also served as the Head of IT at Bank Millennium S.A. between November 2001 and July 2011.

Mr. Fernando da Costa Lima has been a Director of the bank since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Non-Executive Director of Netinvoice, S.A. from 2018 to 31 December 2019 and Banco Portugues de Investimento, S.A. from 2012 to 2017. He was responsible for Coordinating the Investment Banking Area at Banco de Fomento de Angola from 2009 to 2017 and served as Central-Manager of Banco Portugues de Investimento S.A. from 2006 to 2017.
