Mr. Massimo Antonio Doris has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2008. He also serves as the Chairman at Snow Peak S.r.l. and President at Assoreti. Mr. Angelo Lietti has been the Manager in charge of preparing Corporate Accounting Documents of the company since 2016. He also serves as a Director at Mediolanum Vita S.p.A. and EuroCQS S.p.A. Mr. Lietti joined the company in 1988 and held several positions such as Head of Planning and Management Control, Marketing Operations Manager, and Chief Financial Officer, among others.

Mr. Gianluca Bosisio has been the General Manager of the company since 2014. He also serves as a Director at EuroCQS S.p.A. and MEDIOLANUM VITA S.P.A. Prior to this, Mr. Bosisio served as a Director of Business Operations Management at the company from 2010 to 2014.
