Mr. Lorenzo Simonelli has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President of GE, and President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Oil & Gas from 2013 to 2017; and President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Transportation between 2008 and 2013. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Americas for GE Consumer & Industrial; and General Manager for Product Management at GE Appliances, Lighting, Electrical Distribution and Motors.

Ms Nancy Buese has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Newmont Corporation. Preceding this, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MarkWest Energy Partners. Ms. Buese worked in Public Accounting for Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Jeff Fleece has been the Chief Information Officer for Digital Technology of the company. Previously, he held the positon of Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for Digital Technology at GE Oil & Gas.

Ms. Georgia Magno has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, she served as General Counsel for Baker Hughes’ Industrial and Energy Technology Business Segment. Previousluy, she worked as General Counsel for Global Supply Chain. Ms. Magno currently serves as the Vice Chairwoman at Nuovo Pignone Holding.

Ms. Deanna Jones has been the Executive Vice President since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resource, Communications, and Administration at Marathon Oil Corporation. Before that, she served Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Commercial Officer at Newfield Exploration. Ms. Jones Head of Human Resources at Schlumberger’s Reservoir Production Group. Prior to this, she serve as the Vice President, North America at Schlumberger Information Solutions from 2006 to 2008.
