AZZ Inc: Executives

Mr. Daniel R Feehan has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He is also the Chairman of the Board of FirstCash, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Cash America International, Inc. since 1984 and Executive Chairman of Cash America from November 2015.

Mr. Thomas E Ferguson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Inc and as the President of Flow Solutions Group at Flowserve Corp from 2009 to 2012, and as the President of Pump Division at Flowserve Corp from 2003 to 2009.

Mr. Philip Schlom has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance, Audit, Controls and Continuous Improvement, Exterran Corporation in the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Parker Drilling Company.

Ms. Tiffany Moseley has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Vice President, Business Risk Management and Vice President, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis and Capital Asset Accounting, Director of Financial Planning and Performance Management and Business Analysis roles at Valero.

Ms. Tara D Mackey has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary at First Parts, Inc from 2013 to 2014, as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Silverleaf Resorts Inc from 2011 to 2013.
