Mr. Mathias Dopfner has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He started his career at Axel Springer in 1998 and held various positions, including the Editor-in-Chief at Die Welt; Member of the Executive Board for the Multimedia Division; and in-charge of the Newspapers Division. Dr. Dopfner worked as a Journalist at Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung; Director of the Public Relations agency from 1988 to 1990; International Director and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Gruner + Jahr; and Editor-in-Chief at Wochenpost and Hamburger Morgenpost. He serves on the Boards of Directors at Insider Inc., Netflix Inc., and Warner Music Group; and Chairman of eMarketer Inc., and Axel Springer Schweiz AG.

Mr. Julian Deutz has been the Chief Financial Officer and President of Classified Media of the company since 2014. He also serves as the Directors of Axel Springer Schweiz, and Digital Classifieds France SAS. Mr. Deutz also served as the Head of Finance/Controlling and CFO of Steilmann Group, Head of M&A/Investor Relations at Pixelpark and CFO of Venturepark AG. He started his career in 1994 at OC&C Strategy Consultants.

Mr. Ralph Buchi has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chairman of The Network for Global Media from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Buchi served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2017 to 2020, member of executive board of Ralph Buchi from 2012 to 2014. He also worked as the Managing Director of Handelszeitung.
