Mr. Rakesh Sachdev has been the Non Executive Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2022. Previously, he also served as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Platform Specialty Products Corporation.

Mr. Chris Villavarayan has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Chief Executive Officer and President of Meritor. Previously, he also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Meritor. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President and President of Global Truck and President of Americas.

Mr. Carl Anderson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of XPO, Inc. Previously, he also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Meritor Inc from 2019 to 2022. Earlier, he held various position such as Group Vice President, Finance; Treasurer; Assistant Treasurer; and Director, International Capital Markets, Risk Management and Corporate Insurance.

Dr. Robert Roop has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Technology Director, North America, and Vice President, Technology Development for the Company’s Refinish and Industrial businesses. He joined Axalta in 2013. Prior to this, he served in technology and operations positions at DuPont in various polymer and chemical businesses, which includes DuPont Performance Coatings.

Ms. Amy Tufano has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this, she also served various human resources roles at Campbell Soup Company and Northrop Grumman.
