Mr. William C. Rhodes, III has been the Chairman of the company since January 2024. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Store Operations and Commercial at AutoZone. Prior to this, Mr. Rhodes served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Information Technology of the company from 2002 to 2005 and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain from 2001 to 2002. He held various positions at the company in several departments since 1994. Mr. Rhodes worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young LLP. He also serves as a Director of Dollar General Corporation.

Mr. Philip B. Daniele has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain from 2021 to 2023 and Senior Vice President of Commercial from 2015 to 2021. Mr. Daniele also held management positions including Vice President of Commercial Support, Vice President of Merchandising and Divisional Vice President of Store Operations of the company.

Mr. Jamere Jackson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Store Development at the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2020 to 2021. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Nielsen Holdings plc from 2014 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Jackson also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc., and held various leadership roles at General Electric Company, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a division of General Electric Oil and Gas. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Eli Lilly & Co. and Hibbett Sports, Inc.

Ms. K. Michelle Borninkhof has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the US Technology from 2018 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Borninkhof served as the Vice President of International Technology Delivery at Walmart.

Mr. Thomas B. Newbern has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company September 2023. He served as the Executive Vice President of Operations, Sales and Technology of the company. Mr. Newbern also served as Executive Vice President overseeing Store Operations, Commercial, International, Information Technology, Loss Prevention and ALLDATA in different capacities from 2015 to 2023.
