Ms. Maria Black has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing from March 2020 to December 2021, and as a President of Small Business Solutions and Human Resources Outsourcing from January 2017 to February 2020 at the company. Earlier she served as the President of ADP TotalSource from July 2014 to December 2016 and General Manager of ADP United Kingdom from April 2013 to June 2014. She also served as the General Manager of Employer Services, TotalSource Western Central Region from January 2008 to March 2013.

Mr. Don McGuire has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of Employer Services International from June 2018 to September 2021, President of Global Enterprise Solutions EMEA/Streamline from July 2016 to June 2018, and as Senior Vice President of General Manager of Asia-Pacific from December 2012 to June 2016. Previously, he worked as the General Manager of ADP United Kingdom/Ireland from September 2007 to December 2012. Mr. McGuire joined ADP Canada in 1998 as Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2000.

Mr. John Ayala has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as President of employer services North America of the company from 2020 to 2021, President of major account services and ADP Canada from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he worked as the President of small business services, retirement services and insurance services from 2014 to 2016, Vice President of client experience and continuous improvement from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Ayala also served as the Senior Vice President of services and operations of small business services. Earlier, he served as the President of TotalSource from 2011 to 2012, and Senior Vice President of service and operations of TotalSource from 2008 to 2011. He joined the company in 2002.

Mr. Chris D’Ambrosio has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since June 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Manager of Insurance Services, Small Business Services from 2019 to 2021, and Senior Division Vice President of strategy and business development, small business services and human resources outsourcing from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, Mr. D’Ambrosio worked as the Division Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Human Resources Outsourcing from 2016 to 2017.
