Mr. Bruno Chiomento has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held various management roles, including General Manager and Deputy Managing Director from 2008 to 2014 and was Chief operation Officer of Region Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (GSA) and from 2009 to 2016 He served as Chief executive Officer at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Paolo Roverato has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the member of the boards of directors of many companies, including World Duty Free S.p.A., World Duty Free S.A.U., Telecom Italia Media S.p.A., Gemina S.p.A., Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., Investimenti Infrastrutture S.p.A., Leonardo S.r.l., Schemaventotto S.p.A., Schematrentaquattro S.p.A., Schematrentanove S.r.l., Immobiliare Italia S.r.l., Sagat-Aeroporto di Torino S.p.A., Aeroporto di Firenze S.p.A. and was Managing Director of Aeroporti Holding S.p.A.

Mr. Camillo Rossotto has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2021,Group Chief Financial Officer since 2019 and its Corporate General Manager since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Lavazza Group from 2016 to 2018. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Financial officer of the company Rai Way from 2012 to 2016. Previously, he served in various positions at the Fiat Group.

Mr. Steve Johnson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at HMSHost since 2000. Previously he served as Director of Westfield Concession Management Inc. He also worked in shopping mall development and management for various Washington area regional shopping centers.

Mr. Massimiliano Santoro has been the Chief Executive Officer for Europe and Italy of the company since 2022. Previously he served as Business Development, Engineering & Construction, Director of Legal Affairs and Public Affairs, in May 2020. He was appointed as the office of Business Development Director Europe in 2017 and Group Public Affairs Director in 2013.
