Mr. Stanley Stern has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the President of Alnitak Capital. He also served as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking, Technology at Oppenheimer & Co.

Mr. Shabtai Adlersberg has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 1993. He co-founded the company in 1993. Mr. Adlersberg also serves as Chairman of Natural Speech Communication Ltd. and as Director of CTI Squared Ltd. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Engineering at DSP Group.

Mr. Niran Baruch has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of the company since July 2016. Previously, he served as International Controller at Check Point Software Technologies from 2002 to 2005 and as Controller at Gilat Satellite Networks from 2000 to 2002.

Mr. Ofer Nimtsovich has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2018. Mr. Natis has 25 years of experience in the technology sector and 15 years of experience on Wall Street covering infrastructure and application companies in Unified Communications, Collaboration, Customer Experience markets.
