Dr. Patrick Strange has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He has been a Director at the company since 2015. Dr. Strange also serves as the Chairman at Chorus Limited and Director of Essential Energy and Mercury NZ Limited. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Transpower, New Zealand. Dr. Strange also served at Mercury Energy as Chief Executive Officer in 1998.

Ms. Carrie Hurihanganui has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer in 2020 and Chief Ground Operations Officer at Air New Zealand in 2018. Prior to this, Ms. Hurihanganui served as the Executive General Manager of Customer Experience in 2017 at National Australia Bank. She has over 22 years of operational and strategic experience in the aviation industry.

Ms. Chloe Surridge has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she served as Group General Manager Airports for Air New Zealand and Chief Executive Invercargill Airport, General Manager Supply Chain for Air New Zealand and Hotel Director for Carnival Cruise Lines.

Ms. Mary-Liz Tuck serves as Chief Sustainability and Master Planning Officer of the company. She held numerous leadership roles across business excellence, product quality, customer experience, operations and legal.

Mr. Richard Wilkinson has been the Chief Digital Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a leadership role at Zealand Rugby, Stuff, Tourism New Zealand, Fonterra.
