Mr. David L. Mcausland is the Chairman of the company. Currently, he serves as the Senior Corporate Strategist, Advisor and Lawyer. Prior to this, Mr. Mcausland served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and the Chief Legal Officer of Alcan Inc. He also serves as a Director of Cogeco Inc./Cogeco Cable Inc., Cascades Inc., and Khan Resources Inc.

Mr. Andrew P. Hider has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Taylor Made Group, LLC from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Hider also served for 10 years at Danaher Corporation, initially joining Danaher as a General Manager and Director of Dover and President of Veeder Root.

Mr. Ryan McLeod has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2014 of the company. Mr. McLeod also served as a Director of Finance from 2007 to 2010 at ATS. He joined the company as a Manager of Reporting and Compliance. Previously, Mr. McLeod also worked with CIBC Mellon and Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Jeff Adamson has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he worked with Sanmina Corporation where he oversaw delivery of global IT services. Mr. Adamson also held leadership positions at Benchmark Electronics and NEC Corp.

Ms. Angella Alexander has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she held a various human resource senior leadership roles at Honeywell. Ms. Alexander under leadership positions with Ford Motor Co in North America, Europe and South America.
