Ms. B. Kristine Johnson has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the director of the company since 2017. Before that, she served as the President and a Managing General Partner at Affinity Capital Management. Prior joining to Affinity Capital Management, Ms. Johnson was Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Medtronic Inc.

Mr. Michael H. Carrel has been the President and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2012. Prior to joining the company, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Vital Images between 2008 and 2012. He joined Vital Images in January 2005 as the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Vital Images, Mr. Carrel served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer at Zamba Corporation and the Chief Financial Officer of NextNet Wireless. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Lombard Medical, Inc. and the American Heart Associations of Cincinnati and Minnesota.

Mr. Douglas J. Seith has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2015. From 2013 to 2014, he served as the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of the company; and as the Vice President, United States Sales during 2011-2013. Mr. Seith also served in various sales leadership positions including Regional Sales Leader and Area Director. Prior to AtriCure, Mr. Seith held sales positions with A-Med/EmoblX, Inc., where he was the Vice President of Sales, Heartport, Inc., Scimed Life Systems (a division of Boston Scientific, Inc.) and Automated Instruments (a division of United States Surgical Corporation).

Mr. Justin Noznesky has been the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development since 2016; as the Vice President, Marketing and Business Development since 2014 and as the Vice President, Corporate Development from 2014. Before that he served as the Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at Vital Images, Inc.

Mr. Karl Dahlquist has been the Vice President, Legal & Regulatory and the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since March 2019. Previously, he served in senior legal, compliance and quality management roles with GE Healthcare, St. Jude Medical and Johnson & Johnson.
